Hi, I’m Julien.

When I first moved from France to the United States, I thought I knew exactly what my American Dream would look like. Armed with my French college degree (which I soon learned wasn’t recognized here) and determination, I dove into corporate America as a Business Analyst. On paper, everything looked perfect—but something felt missing.

Then I got my first camera and that simple purchase changed everything.

What started as a way to capture the stunning Colorado landscapes around me quickly became my passion, then my purpose. I discovered that my American Dream wasn’t about climbing the corporate ladder—it was about capturing the real, authentic moments that make life beautiful.

Today, I’ve transformed that passion into an art form. After years of dedicated practice, countless workshops, and endless hours perfecting my craft, I’m now not only living my dream as a photographer but also teaching others how to capture their own vision through photography. It’s funny how life leads you exactly where you’re meant to be, even when you start on a completely different path.

I believe the best photos happen when you feel completely at ease. Whether we’re capturing your wedding day in the San Juans or creating senior portraits that truly reflect your personality, my goal is to blend the magnificent Colorado landscapes with genuine moments that tell your unique story.

  • Seeking out new adventures (from skydiving to acrobatic flying)

  • Planning travels to add to my list of 13 countries visited

  • Discovering new spots in the 16 National Parks I’ve explored

My wife Ingrid would tell you about all the animals I’ve rescued (from baby squirrels to lost birds)— helping others just comes naturally to me!
